The ultimate measure in quality is not in the work alone; it is in a satisfied customer. – Genesis CEO
Our Roots – Genesis was founded in 2004 by a small group of entrepreneurs looking to introduce professionalism and quality to the local Sacramento – Elk Grove, CA window tinting industry. The goal was to implement the template of customer driven service coupled with expert window film installations. Thanks to our loyal customers we are now a budding franchise with two growing locations serving Elk Grove, Sacramento, Roseville and Rocklin.
Our Team – We believe the greatest asset and the key to our success is our team. At Genesis you can expect the best, so we seek to hire and retain the best. Our installers are either currently Formula One Llumar certified or are training to earn the designation. We offer annual, formal continuing education for our employees on automotive and flat glass film application so they can stay abreast of vehicle changes and technology advances.
Our Policy – It feels good to be outside of work and overhear a customer brag about their window tinting. Customer service drives our associates. From your initial phone call, to the warranty briefing ending in a sincere handshake; you can expect friendly, knowledgeable staff. We believe that the ultimate measure in quality is not in the work alone; it is in a satisfied customer.
Our Promise – We will enforce excellence, perfection and professionalism, into every aspect of our work. We will only use the finest materials and the time tested techniques on every project. We will provide workmanship marked by precision and an unparalleled guarantee. You will leave our store satisfied.
